1. 1.Access the registration form by clicking the 'Online Pre-registration Here' button at the bottom of the page.
2. 2.Please note that pre-registration is available only through credit card payment. Accepted cards include VISA, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Diners, and Discover Card. Enter the card number, expiration date (in two-digit increments), and CVC (security code) as indicated on the card. The CVC is a 3 or 4-digit number listed on the back (some cards on the front) of the card.
3. 3.Once the registration and payment are completed, an automatic reply email will be sent to the registered email address. The automatic reply email will be sent from '@payvent.net.' It may not be received in carrier email accounts, and it is not recommended. If you have domain rejection settings, please specify it as an allowed email.

4. 4.Regarding Receipts: You can download the receipt from the 'Receipt' link button in the automatic reply email.
5. 5.Refunds and cancellations are not accepted. However, in case the event is canceled due to the organizer’s circumstances or other unavoidable reasons, a full refund will be issued.
